In 2007, Coram International provided legal technical input into the development of Y-Care International’s Youth Justice in Action campaign report, and into the editing of Y-Care Colombia’s report on the DDRR process in Colombia. The Youth Justice in Action campaign report focused upon seeking and representing the views of children within the youth justice system in five countries: the UK, Ireland, Honduras, South Africa and Lebanon.
In 2002, Coram International was commissioned by the Lebanese Ministry of Interior in association with the International Programme for the Elimination on Child Labour and the International Labour Organisation (ILO) to research, design and deliver a training of trainers program for Civil Defence and Police units in Lebanon. The training focused on the implementation of relevant provisions of the UNCRC, particularly with respect to street children.
